When I did this, not only did I keep the other class' math folders in my room, but they also had a gallon baggie of supplies already in my room. So, when they came in they grabbed their baggie and folder. Also, we traded off nights for hw. M/W we had math hw and Tues/Th we had lang arts hw. OR, we also did one hw packet due on Friday, but I don't really like grading packets, so I quit that after a year or two. My partner and I were very similar, so our discipline was very consistent. We had the same consequences/procedures to help offset any problems. Also, we agreed when to give each other grades.
