Going Full-Time

Hi - I am also a substitute. I have been subbing for 5 years and finally decided to make it full-time. Previously I worked for IBM. Stayed home to raise a family and now I'm in grad school working on a comeback. My thesis paper is titled:
Overcoming the Challenges of Respect and Behavior as a Substitute Teacher in the Elementary School.
Can you relate to this? Do you have any input on the topic? Stick with it! Everything will fall into place.
