i play it pretty well....


perhaps she DID ask you (informally) about a couple kids---or you discussed their needs one time over lunch...? and she knows that the parents love you so was just trying to get them to see that you had their best placements in mind?

(how did you see the email? would it be appropriate to ask her why she said that? or would it be weird that you know?)
