I have loved the Kagan conferences I have attended. I make sure it's included in my resume, and I think it really has a lot of added value. I also like using the structures in class, and find that EVERY lesson can use a structure, and you can throw them in on the fly- you don't have to work your lesson around it. Check out Laura Candler's website- in her filing cabinet tab under cooperative learning. Good luck, and have FUN!!!!
