to be as specific as he can about how he would teach his subjects. He needs to let them know how he would be an asset to their school. He should act confident. I've sat in on several interviews lately and the brand new teachers sometimes say I don't know when they need to say this is how I'd do whatever. Also the two brand new teachers we interviewed did not act mature at all and we thought our parents would eat them alive. He should show confidence and competence. Good luck!
