The math is a wonderful program. The student work at their own pace to master the standards at their grade level. It runs reports that let you know which students need intervention on particular standards. It involves a significant amount of time on the teacher's part to keep the program running the way it is intended, but it is well worth it. We use it for 3-6th grades. Some of the 2nd grade teachers use it but not all. If you have any questions, let me know! Good luck on your interview!
