What a waste of a position

I am so sorry to hear that this man is like this. It is no way to run a school. Running a school and a classroom BOTH take consistancy and fairness. To yell and treat teachers or students like this is a shame.
He probably
does not know what else to do and that is why he is acting this way. He sees how bad his methods are but are to proud to find a way to change it. Or he is having personal problems and is releasing his frustrations out on everyone else, which isn't right. I knew a person that was fighting colon cancer. He was embarassed to tell anyone and proud. Instead of telling and then we could understand

his mood swings, he just suffered alone and made us miserable. Eventually, it came out, but by then it ws too late. We lost a lot of good teachers and he lost a lot of understanding and support. There can be alot of reasons for his behavior.. He might just be a prick.. But no excuse is good enough to justify treating people like this.
If you choose to stay as a sub in the school, good luck to you. I agree with Cathy Dee about getting everyone together and doing something about it. THat is the only way to end a problem.
