I would go to the meeting and say that someone on my grade level was asking if there is anything the teachers could be doing to generate a more postive attitude all over school. You will probably have other teachers on the leadership team back you up on this even if you haven't talked to him/her before the meeting. Your district office may have said that it needs to be cleaned up but they obvisiously haven't turned up the heat enough. If you approach it positively looking to help and maybe even have some type of solution you might make some progress. That lets your principal be in the position that he/she may accept some help/suggestions or may decline and say that it is being taken care of. Good luck!
