Year round

I've taught year round for the last 13 years or so. I LOVE IT!!! Personally, I like it because every three months I get a month off. Just as I'm feeling worn out, I get a break and I feel like I don't have to wait until sumer to spend time with my two year old. The downside in our district is that some "tracks" will only get a week off between school years, and some tracks won't be finished with their grading period when they go "off-track." I've done it both ways and I prefer year round.
Unfortunately, this is the last year for our district. Starting in August, we will be on a "modified traditional" calendar.
