We have been a PBS school for nearly 3 yrs

We went along to the training thinking that it would provide the solution for our problems but what it does is give you the mechanisms to find a solution to the problems your school has yourself,It does this by having you fine tune your systems and procedures and teach kids specifically the behaiouryou want them to demonstrate.For our school it has been a positive experience -we now deal with learning issues not behaviour issues
