Wow! are we in the same city or what?

I am facing the same grade level choice. I want to teach Kindergarten and until a week ago the position was empty. Now it's full and the only opening is first grade. I have already mentally prepared myself for the Kindergarten position and I don't know what to do. I feel so sad because I really wanted the Kindergarten position. The kids get snacks, naps, field trips. I just think that would be such an honor to teach. Not to mention that I want to love teaching and it would be easier to love teaching if I was teaching the grade I wanted. What I am going to do is decide what I want and stick with it and I think you should do the same. Good Luck
