Team Leader By janicepet

I agree with the PP that you should be honored to be offered the position. I was the team leader for our first grade team until I started getting blamed for what the rest of the team did or didn't do. (There are ten of us all with very different persdonalities.) In my district it's a position without pay or any extra perks, but that really didn't matter to me. It was A LOT of extra work, but the last straw was taking responsibility for others' actions. I told my principal that someone else could do it.
