We are in the process of starting it next year. We have started our grid of expected behaviors from the students. When school begins next year, classroom teachers will teach the expectations to the students. IE: When in the hallways, Wave and smile to greet others, walk quietly facing forward, etc. I think the big deal, and the reason it gets results, is that teachers are teaching the students the behaviors that are expected. Once they are taught, teachers are expected to enforce them as well.
