Mandated "Physical Activity"( PA)

We are required to have a 30 minute PA time every day. It is state law. It is recess, but we are not allowed to call it that. The children have PE once a week with the certified PE teacher. On the 30 minute PA time we are the ones who take the children out and supervise them. We have a track they can walk/run on and lots of climbing and sliding apparatus, plus basketball courts and fields. We take out jump ropes, chalk, balls...
The children really enjoy chasing each other or running races on the track.
