Sixth to third By NJ Teacher

I went from sixth to third in order to take a new job in a new district, so it wasn't quite what you're describing. I don't get why principals feel they need to do this unless the numbers of students/ staff numbers warrant it. We have some of this going on in our school, too. :confused:
