Clip to ScrapBook
I'm not really saying that I know what will be best for you, but I've thought of a few things to share. I teach first grade. It's great. I love it, but it is very stressful, especially at the beginning of the year. They're very needy, and it takes expertise to teach some of the less compliant ones to read. Third grade is the first year of state assessments. That's pretty stressful too. I'm thinking second grade might be a good place to start. They're not quite as needy as first grade, and in many places, they aren't yet into cursive writing, multiplication and division, etc.
