Always planning.. By dtrabilsy

Even as veteran teachers, my teaching partner and I always start thinking about what we could have done differently during the year. We try to get together once a week during the summer to make improvements, etc.

The big thing we will tackle this summer is looking at all of the resources we have. We have so many teacher resource books that we really don't know what we have. We just keep buying and buying.

If we don't get together and plan during the summer we always feel that we are behind when the school year begins.
