My teaching partner and I plan and do our weekly newsletters together. We do flexible grouping for some of our math units so we even share kids. It is nice for the kids to have another teacher that they know so well.
We have similar teaching styles so much of what and how we teach is the same. However at times our classes have very different instructional needs, then we go it alone for the supplementing, enriching or reinforcing.
It sure is nice to have someone to bounce those ideas off of.
