Our teachers are all required to turn in lesson plans for an entire week on Monday morning. Heaven help them if they are out on Monday. If they call in and don't give a reasonable plan over the phone our Principal will call them back and get more out of them. If they are unavailable, she'll give the class more work and then have "a talk" with the teacher when they come back. It'll be the last time they don't give proper assignments. She doesn't get ugly, just makes them feel like a heel.
