ST's professional skills and commitment to education are deceptive. Though she is clearly interested in improving her own mastery level in effectively using a computer and cell phone during instructional time, she has little interest in using said time to actually teach students. Though lessons were planned to meet a specific learning objective, little consideration was given to classroom management in relation to effective instructional practice. ST's ability to dress appropriately for the classroom was overshadowed by her lack of punctuality and frequent absences.
