Parent communication

Our school has Monday folders that go home with important papers. I also send home a weekly parent communication paper on Fridays that inform the parent of missed HW, behavior problems, or good work. I include a section for tests that are low ( less than 70 for most students or if a normal A/B student is consistently doing poorly) I write the grade and staple the tests to the communication paper.
It has worked well for me, it is easy to organize and the parents know to look for the paper on Fridays.
