I didn't set this up but I attended one where they had stations and when the families came in they took a number and that's the station where they started. After a certain amount of time they switched to the next station.


It really worked well and everyone seemed to like it. Some of the stations were listen to a story (they did the old woman who swallowed something and they had a put huge picture of the old woman and everytime she swallowed something they tossed the item through the mouth in the picture-it was really cute). At another station kids made book marks and chose a book to take home (for
free), at another station they made a file folder game to take home.

Good luck, it's a lot of work but if you can get there parents to come it's almost always a hit :)
