Don't Give Up. First, Look At Your Self - Are You Neat, Short Hair , Business Like And Willing To Give More Than The Normal Hours During Student Teaching. Maybe Observe More At The Grade Levels You Will Be Teaching, Have Frequent, Quick Talks With The Master Teacher . It Does Not Hurt To Note Positive Things You Have Noted While Watching The M. Teacher . A Talk With The Principal While The Teacher Is Not There Is A Possibility And Ask The Person Who Assigned You The Position If He/she Has Had Any Feed Back. Sub Work Will Also Open Your Eyes.

Once You Get A Job, You Must Put In Hours. Everything Is Based On Your Class Scores. The Principle And Supt Of Schools Is Also Rated On The Scores That Are Passed On.
