I have been reading your posts about your ST and I'm in aww on her behavior, tactics, and lack of motivation in herself to become the dedicated teacher we all worked so hard for. So many people on this board have given wonderful advice. The only thing I can add, and I'm sure someone has said it before I, is wait on the delivery of the evaluation. Perhaps speak to her again and let her know you would like to see improvements in specific areas before you are comfortable writing the evaluation. Also, send one to her supervisor/liaison person before she gets a copy. Good luck! Oh, and have you begun to think about your response if she asks for a letter of recommendation? Just a thought...
