This woman is unbelievable! I've known a very small handful of "pocketbook" teachers in time--last ones in, first ones out, never anything taken home, very little effort in planning, etc. Your ST has got them beat!

don't have any advice about when to hand in the evaluation. If she really was surprised that you "noticed" her sloppy lesson, then she seems to be completely lacking in self-awareness. Very sad. She will likely pout about it, as you said, and I'm sure she won't accept any responsibility for what you say. It'll all be your fault (because you just don't like her--she's too fresh and peppyLOL)
or the kids' fault (because they just won't listen to her, for some reason--she's given them every chance to learn!).
