Clip to ScrapBook
I have a Danish friend whom I visited last summer. I read up a little about Denmark before I left and it all pretty much was true (at least for her).

-When visiting, give a gift that somehow represents where you
live (For example, I mailed nuts and a jelly that is made with grapes around the area I live.) She said that was a perfect gift and precisely what they do when they visit places.

-If you go to their home, ask for a tour. The website I saw said to do this, but I forgot when I got there... 9 hour plane ride. And my friend looked at me and said, Would you like a tour? I felt bad
for forgetting to ask first.

-They speak English very well (esp. younger people)

-They are quiet- even with each other.

When you are done with a meal, lay your silverware upside down on your plate and cross them.

That's all I can think of right now.
