organization patience very routine classroom management creative parent communication through newsletters, email, notes home, etc...weaknesses: parents - (anything face to face with them, they just make me uncomfortable. I'd prefer a phone call or email any day over conferences) spending my own money keeping up with my grade book challenging those really bright kids
