I can't wait to read the replies. I have two answers:

Interview answer:
Strength- persistance to find a way to reach difficult (behavior or academic) students
Weakness- taking children's struggles too personally, as if I have failed

Teacher Lounge answer:
Strength- remaining calm when faced with "irratating" parents/students
Weakness- Keeping up with paperwork
