At Risk

Is it possible for him/her to have half/third of your class load and take the at-risk students (not behavior problems) for the 2 hour ELA? I personally would not mind working with at risk students if I didn't have to meet the needs of all the other ability levels. If someone agrees to do this, the team might want to see what other "breaks" or enticements they could offer this team member.
