This time of year is awful, isn't it? It's like they are already checking out behaviorly and almost academically! Hang in there! Know that you are doing the best you can do!! Having a sports background, I always look at things through a team perspective...no matter how good a coach you are sometimes the team dynamics just can't be overcome.

I'll mention the advice I'm giving myself trying to get through these last 4 weeks...don't sweat the small stuff, lighten up a little while still being firm, and know that kids in today's society are just different when I grew up! That doesn't mean lower expectations, but just try to let some stuff roll of the back. I know it isn't easy!! Hang in there!! :)
