Pricing books
By SusaninNJ

Clip to ScrapBook
I price books in groups because I don't want to spend more time doing this. I ship media mail for the cheapest rates. I usually group my books by author or topic and include shipping. I am selling 26 Clifford books and
a guide to using Clifford stories for $25, including postage. Amazon has individual books for pennies, but shipping is nearly $4 for EACH ONE.

I love that my books will continue to be read by children. My "profit" is a fraction of what I have spent and sometimes I think it isn't worth it, but I'm glad that the books will be used. That said, I've given hundreds to children
and teachers in my school.

Checking prices for used books on Amazon is always a good idea. Resource books are interesting. Some sell for pennies, but others can bring a good price. I sold a "Math Their Way" book for $100 last year.

Good luck with your retirement, Kathleen!
