We are only allowed to have homework as 10% of their grade. I don't use homework as part of the grade though...I do make them accountable for it though and since I started that it comes in. Each morning my students sign in. They have to tell me if their homework is here or not and if not where it is....such as ....didn't do it...forgot it....or partly done....and they get points for completed homework. I want to try homeworkopoly next year. I check their homework but don't grade it.
