What district are you in? We haven't been told anything right now except that there is a hiring freeze and that middle & high school positions might be hit with being not necessary by increasing the class sizes. These teachers will be displaced and can move to another area that they are certified in....maybe even elementary ...which in turn moves out other teachers with less seniority. But right now even that is not positive.
