Projector Light

My room is long and narrow so my SB is in front of the class, I have removed 4 of the florescent lights right above my board so the front of my room is a little darker which tends to help with the glare. Depending on what i'm doing if I turn out the lights completely, but kids can see the board pretty well. My projector sets on a table right now and my biggest problem is sometimes it blinds me when I'm teaching...but they will be moving it to hang from the ceiling soon...
