Thanks for the hilarious suggestion, pmpkin. I am considering doing that. However, I don't have a laptop, and I don't think my poor pitiful cell phone even knows how to text. Notice how I applied my ST's technique of placing
the blame somewhere else when the shortcoming is actually mine?

Her seating arrangement does resemble, loosely, the "pods of four" that I've used many times before. However, in her arrangement, only two seats touch. There is this odd foot wide space between the two back desks which are side by side and the two front desks which are face to face. I'm not sure if she was
going for the partner arrangement or group arrangement. I'm sure I'm supposed to learn something from it. That seems to be her number one goal through this experience........ to make sure she educates me.

I did clean out my bookshelf after she left Friday. I loaded up everything that is my personal property and brought it home along with an expenisive box of blank transparencies. She will not be allowed in my desk without me knowing about it, because I will be in the room every second that she is in the room.

AND if she tries to pass her student teaching off as a vacation for me again, I will call her out into the hall and I will tell her that those remarks are very unprofessional. I'll ask her to keep her personal opinions about me and my job to herself. I'll also remind her that she should be thankful that I have been kind enough to allow her to be a visitor in my classroom for all these weeks.

If she were young and full of herself, I think I could be a little more understanding. However, this is a woman who should know better. She is much closer to retirement age than normal college age. Her words and actions are very intentional. What 55 year old woman wouldn't know that you should ask before you take your supervising teachers books?
