smart board for 3 years now. For the first 2 years, I could leave both sets of lights on and it was bright enough to see. This year I've had to turn off one set and brighten the LCD projector to get the same effect. As the bulbs get older in the projector they are not as bright. They (bulbs) are expensive, so we don't just change them out. We wait until they've burned out completely. Most of the people who got their smartboard after me have already had to replace, but mine is still ticking.
