had a huge article on the need for teachers. What a crock in this area (OH) we have had so many cuts that teachers with 15 years experience are out there looking and competing. STRS has messed up our insurance for retirement that no one will retire. When I was getting my BA the professors would spout the info that we would be able to name our job - it is crazy.
