One More Thing
By Phyllis

Clip to ScrapBook
If you can get a list of your students before the end of school, consider getting their addresses from the office and sending them a letter during the summer. It is a wonderful PR move and gets you off to a great start with your class. I did this for years, and got many positive comments. I mailed the letters about a month before school started. One additional thing included in the envelope was a supply list. Oh, I also gave them my e-mail address, but you might way to think about this first. I was in fourth grade.
