I've shared
By MrsO

Clip to ScrapBook
When I taught internationally, the school was set up with co-teachers. Two teachers shared a classroom. We had our own desks. We divvied up the rest of the room space including bulletin boards and cupboards. We each had
our own class of students and when one group was out of the room, the other class was in the room. When my class was in the room, I would teach and the other teacher was the support person. When the kids rotated, the other teacher took over her group and I was the support person. It sounds really awkward but worked remarkably well. It helped that both of us are pretty forward people
and didn't let differences fester. We always planned together and usually did the same lessons but on occasion we veered off and did our own things with the support of the other person.
