The school failed
By Peg

Clip to ScrapBook
The horrible day you describe was brought about by the failure of the administrators and staff of that particular school, not something you did wrong. I would first go to the superintendent of the schools in that district
with data on all of the awful experiences you've had in that school, and suggest that he or she attend to the problem if they would like to attract and keep substitutes. Next, I would tell him or her that I would never subject myself to another day in such a poorly run institution. I guess this is part of getting older... I don't put up with much any more. Life is too short. If you absolutely
must work at that school again, I would suggest you bring materials with you like Cathy-Dee said. There are lots of excellent schools out there. See if you can find some that treat you with the respect you deserve!
