stress
By tia

Clip to ScrapBook
1. make sure you're eating healthy
2. get outside at least once a day
3. get some form of exercise once a day
4. go see a counselor to let it all out (my district pays for 8 visits per school year--per "issue"!)
5. perhaps see a doctor for a short-term med

*it will be better next year because you will know what you're in for.

take care!
