Therefore, I readjusted her schedule and started keeping very detailed notes of what she does and does not do in my classroom. I also have intentionally, since she doesn't want to work, not given her much of anything to do except watch me for the bulk of time she has been there (My attempt to bore her to death. Heee Heeee). She needs to watch someone who knows what they are doing. She has been responsible for teaching for a one hour block each day for about three weeks now while her classroom management skills develop. She takes the students to all out of classroom activities. We've also had a week long break while she's been with me, she's missed four days, came in at lunch time one day, and left at lunch time on another. She really hasn't been there very many days. Plus this week of testing of course. My principal says we won't be accepting any more students from her college. We can't believe she has made it this far in their program.
