You can turn to? Like a PDT or other teacher in your grade level? I had a mentee this year and although I was always available she clicked with another teacher in our grade level. The 1st year in a new grade level is difficult. My wife went to a different grade level this, and she has had a tough time. She even taught this same grade, but many years ago.

I also teacher intermediate and find that as long as I cover the curriculum the students do well on the state tests. I don't place much emphasis on the results, because we won't get them until late November if we are lucky. Which is late to try to adjust curriculum planning for the 1 semester.

Just relax, realize you were effective before and you will be again.
