Reader's Workshop By lenarmc

I tried RW this year, and I really liked it. I can't wait to continue and improve upon what I did this year.
Next year, I want to do Writer's Workshop. Anyone have any good books to read on that subject. I have two sons that I am going to have during the summer so it needs to be a quick, easy read. For example, I tried to read Strategies that Work, and I couldn't get past the first chapter.
