23 years later and I still feel that way. It's been a rough year with lots of changes and an extremely large chatty class. I love teaching, it's the only career you can close the door on one year and make changes/ improvement for a fresh new start the next. Word of advice: Keep a journal about changes, lessons to develop, professional books to read, etc. My improvement ideas flow quickly at this time of the year, but when summer kicks in sometimes I get sidetracked.
