I am a teacher but I'm also a gardener. My Organic Gardening magaine says to stop pulling up and poisoning all the dandelions in yards. The yellow color attracts bees. Also, I plant turnip greens and mustard greens in the fall. We eat them all winter. In the spring they go to seed. They grow tall and bloom bright yellow. My garden is full of bees on those bright yellow flowers. It is lovely to stand there and watch them, look at the flowers and HEAR the buzzing!
