Green Grass Syndrome By Cathy-Dee

Isn't it funny how the grass sometimes seems greener on the other side. I couldn't imagine working in a school with over a 1000 kids, you'd never get to know even 1/4 of the kids, let alone all the staff.

And yet small town, small school problems are there too.

I guess it's picking which shade of green you like better
