Here in the Lone Star State, at least in my experience, there is no such thing as a "milk break." :(

In the two districts I've been part of, there is also no such thing as "morning/afternoon recess" - the only recess is after lunch if the kids are lucky and there's nobody testing in the building.

My current school does provide snacks and milk for the kids who stay for after-school tutorials, which is necessary because those kids stay at school until 5:30 and then some don't get home until 6:30!
