I guess I'm mean too. She sounds like she has OCS (only child syndrome). When things aren't going exactly her way, or you don't cater to her, it's your fault. Not possibly something she did wrong.

I think you should document everytime she rolls her eyes, whispers behind your back, etc... for a couple of days, and then call the mom in for a conference. Have her there as well! Tell the mom that you consider this behavior disrespectful, and that she's going to start missing out on some activities if this doesn't stop.
