I have the same type of girl this year

And I feel your pain! Anytime things don't go just her way, she has a tantrum or blames it on me. She thinks I hate her because I expect her to follow the same rules as everyone else. Luckily mom is at least somewhat supportive.
I've tried talking to her, the guidance counselor has talked to her, and she is in therapy outside of school. According to mom this child has even told her therapist how her "teacher doesn't like her." Sigh. It makes me feel bad but I've done all I can do. I am pleasant with her but enforce consequences if they need to be enforced. I would say keep ignoring - unless she is disrespectful.
That needs to be addressed and other students don't need to see her get away with it. However, address it calmly and don't let it show that she's annoying you. It's not too long until the end of the year! Good luck!!!
